★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio, dicen que no encuentran a la persona o al domicilio pero nunca llaman al teléfono de contacto para confirmar, el día que está registrado que vinieron al domicilio yo estuve todo el día y nunca vinieron??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son RATEROS totales, hice un pedido por internet, normalmente me llega Qualitypost y siempre llegaban mis paquetes. Lamentablemente llego en manos de estos rateros. Y el gran pretexto de estos es que me comunique con proveedor, segun fue recibido en mi domicilio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente su servicio de RR.HH. el chavo es dinámico me dió mucha pena pero en el puente me llegó otra oferta laboral y tuve que aceptar la otra oferta era el doble, ojalá mejoren las ofertas de sueldo porque tienen buen ambiente y es buena empresa.

Mi paquete lo regresaron a la tienda, me dicen que estaba mal la etiqueta, sin embargo, ya lo habían llevado a mi domicilio en 1 ocasión, me llamaron y yo no estaba en ese momento, me dijeron que lo llevarían después, y ya no lo llevaron nunca y lo regresaron a la tienda, y en la pagina no esta actualizado la devolución, solo dice en resguardo.
Terrible service.

No entregan los paquetes y automáticamente los devuelven a su ciudad de origen.
A pesar de haber llamado y estar al pendiente de mi paquete, me dieron información falsa, diciéndome que solo esperara cuando realmente estaban devolviendo mi pedido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mas de un mes para que pasarán por la recolección, no me recibieron el paquete en sucursal por que no había personal en envíos... No contestan teléfonos y ni como hacer alguna aclaración con su personal...
More than a month for them to go through the collection, they didn't receive the package at the branch because there was no shipping staff... They don't answer phones and they don't even know how to make any clarification with their staff...
