★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asistencia en Suzuki Pedregal nefasta por parte de Germán Nieto (gerente) y Misael Gregoire (ejecutivo de BBVA ahí) tardé 3 meses para que me reembolsaran mi dinero por una compra hecha en Junio y hasta Septiembre reembolsaron (no entregaron el auto y encima cobraban mensualidades). Las chicas de recepción no comunican cuando uno marca, dejan colgado, cuelgan el teléfono o de plano ni buscan al responsable. No fue hasta que acudí a Profeco y Condusef y que nueva gerencia estuvo en el lugar y el director de marca Luis Díaz intervino para apoyar con todo el proceso. Ahí fue cuando realmente se le dio solución a mi caso. Ojalá tomen como retroalimentación la crítica del post y mejoren la atención a cliente por parte de las personas en la agencia.
Assistance in Suzuki Neglected Pedregal by Germán Nieto (manager) and Misael Gregoire (BBVA executive there) took 3 months to reimburse my money for a purchase made in June and until September reimbursed (they did not deliver the car and they charged monthly payments ). The girls at the reception desk do not communicate when you dial, hang up, hang up the phone or do not look for the person in charge.
