De todo el scouting que realizamos en Toluca para llevar a cabo la remodelación de mi patio, creí encontrar el proveedor correcto. Lamentablemente no fue así pues me he llevado una de las peores decepciones ya que ha sido error tras error. En primer lugar con el “Arquitecto” Carlos Díaz quien nos dió una supuesta impresión de saber lo que hacía, disidimos contratarlos (Grupo ARDI). Al inicio de la obra tuvimos algunos inconvenientes por falta de comunicación con el “Arquitecto” Carlos Díaz; iniciada la obra continuamos con algunos temas por parte del “Arquitecto” antes mencionado como retractándose de algunos materiales que ya se tenían contemplados en el contrato, llegando al punto en el que se puso a gritarnos en nuestra casa sin mostrar su profesionalismo y madurez emocional; por lo que no recomiendo pero de ninguna manera al personal de Grupo ARDI con excepción del responsable del aplanado y acabado del patio Benito a quien con gusto recomiendo.

From all the scouting we did in Toluca to carry out the remodeling of my patio, I thought I found the right provider. Unfortunately this was not the case as I have had one of the worst disappointments since it has been error after error. In the first place with the “Architect” Carlos Díaz who gave us a supposed impression of knowing what he was doing, we decided to hire them (Grupo ARDI). At the beginning of the work we had some problems due to lack of communication with the "Architect" Carlos Díaz; Once the work started, we continued with some themes by the aforementioned “Architect” as retracting some of the materials that were already included in the contract, reaching the point where he started yelling at us in our house without showing his professionalism and emotional maturity; so I do not recommend but in no way to the Grupo ARDI staff with the exception of the person in charge of the flattening and finishing of the patio Benito, whom I gladly recommend.
