★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son personas desconsideradas creen que son los únicos en esa calle hacen mucho ruido en altas horas de la madrugada y ponen música a un alto volumen, además de que ocupan todos los espacios en la calle sin pensar que hay gente mayor y discapacitados que necesitan esos lugares para estacionar sus autos, y ademas son muy groseros al pedirles que muevan sus carros, al salir se vuelven a reunir en las banquetas estorbando el paso de los peatones y de igual manera son altaneros al pedirle que se muevan para que pasen los peatones.
Todo lo que cantan y dicen y hacen en su grupo deberían practicarlo al salir del edificio

No tiene estacionamiento, lugar para visitantes (donde sentarse) que se ve que fomentan mucho ser visitados, ni acceso para discapacitados, sus escaleras son inseguras y no aptas para alguien de edad mayor, ya ni se diga con problemas físicos o discapacidad, igual y estoy mal y esa no es su población objetivo a desarrollar.
