No tuve ningún problema y estuvieron atentos a los detalles que salieron al principio y mandaron a alguien para solucionarlo. Sin duda los recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me regresaron el depósito de garantía completo, estuve rentando en sus departamentos de DRAGÓN 132 y se llenó de moho por la mala ventilación que tiene su construcción, YO NUNCA CAUSÉ NINGÚN DAÑO AL INMUEBLE y al momento de entregar el departamento me dijeron que todo bien, sin problemas me iban a regresar el depósito de garantía COMPLETO y como les comenté que ya me estaba haciendo daño en la piel y había arruinado mucha de mi ropa tanto moho pues ni pero me pusieron.
A la hora de regresarme el depósito incompleto ya me empezaron a cantar que eso nunca les había pasado que yo no ventilaba y que hasta yo había llevado el hongo, que habían tenido que sanitizar y lavar todo y hasta una fuga de agua me adjudicaron, que por eso me descontaron tanto dinero.
En fin... otros rateritos.

At the time of returning the incomplete tank to me they began to sing to me that that had never happened to them that I did not ventilate and that even I had carried the fungus, that they had had to sanitize and wash everything and even a water leak they awarded me, that that's why they deducted so much money from me.
Anyway ... other pickpockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui engañada por una de sus vendedoras que me aseguró que si no procedía la renta del departamento el apartado de dos mil pesos se me reembolsaba siempre y cuando fuera dentro de los primeros cinco días hábiles. Al tercer día tuve que cancelar el seguimiento y reclamé el reembolso, la vendedora me dijo que no se podía porque les hice perder el tiempo y que lo arreglara con los administradores; cuando llamé a sus oficinas para reclamar mi dinero me dijeron que ese depósito era una cuota de administración e investigación y que ellos no se hacían responsables de lo que su vendedora me haya dicho, puesto que ese dinero jamás es reembolsable. Aunque es correcto que en el documento se afirma que es una cuota que se cobra aunque no se firme el contrato de arrendamiento, fue un engaño por parte de su trabajadora y ellos no se hicieron responsables de la misma. Pésimo servicio
