★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, no identifican al cliente que son un servicio de adjudicación mediante sorteo para financiamiento de un vehículo.
No se firma aviso de privacidad (en mi caso) y de igual manera sacan copia de la identificación oficial.
Poco profesionales. Realmente llegué aquí por qué llevo muy poco tiempo con historial crediticio. Lastimosamente me llevo mala experiencia.
Veo que en los comentarios, aparecen mismos funcionarios que dicen ser coordinadores de la firma (Rodrigo Navarro), por ende entiendo aún más la dificultad en dar la información sin rodeos y especificando directamente a qué se dedican!
Bad service, they do not identify the client that they are an adjudication service by lottery for financing a vehicle.
No privacy notice is signed (in my case) and in the same way they take a copy of the official identification.
Unprofessional. I really came here because I have only had a credit history for a short time. Unfortunately I have a bad experience.
I see that in the comments, there are the same officials who say they are coordinators of the firm (Rodrigo Navarro), therefore I understand even more the difficulty in giving the information bluntly and directly specifying what they do!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es fraude te engañan para adquirir tu auto y a la mera hora resulta que te engañaron aparte que iba a recibir mi auto el día 18 d l mes pasado y aún no me lo entregan pues me la hacen larga y me traen con mentiras ya me cobraron as de lo que tenía y me siguen cobrando mensualidades que aún no ago uso del vehículo solo es robo u estafa pero aún recuerdo a la persona que me atracó subo sus nombres en próximo comentaro
It's fraud they trick you into buying your car and at the mere hour it turns out that they tricked you apart from the fact that I was going to receive my car on the 18th of last month and they still haven't delivered it to me because they make it long for me and they bring me with lies they already charged me ace of what I had and they continue to charge me monthly payments that I have not yet used the vehicle is only theft or scam but I still remember the person who robbed me I will upload their names in the next comment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy vine a firmar la CANCELACIÓN, después de un año de pagos puntuales y de entrega de 4 papelerías de requisitos, nunca tuve una fecha certera EN ANSOLUTO NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LUGAR, PARA NINGUN PROCESO Y TRÁMITE DE ADQUISICIÓN.
lamentablemente Su contrato de tramites esta avalado en profeco, y es casi inposible poder hacer alguna gestion para poder exogir el cumplimiento de dicho contrato. No obstante siempre esta el factor de que las personas que te atienden no saben a ciencia cierta como funciona el proceso. Mi experiencia fue negativa no lo recomiendo

Unfortunately, your paperwork contract is endorsed in profession, and it is almost impossible to be able to take any steps to demand compliance with said contract. However, there is always the factor that the people who serve you do not know for sure how the process works. My experience was negative I do not recommend it
