★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad pésimos, fuí a comprar un estéreo, no me dieron asesoría necesaria para saber si estaba comprando el estéreo indicado para mi camioneta. Pues resulta qué para mi camioneta, no había montura para el estéreo qué compré entonces necesitaba otro tipo de estéreo. Regrese y le comenté a uno de los empleados qué deseaba devolver el producto y me dijo qué sí se podía y qué era muy fácil ya qué hice mi compra con tarjeta de crédito pero qué no estaba el encargado qué regresará más tarde. Cuándo regreso el encargado me sale con qué no se podía devolver el producto y que sólo me podría devolver el 70% del dinero o que me podía cambiar por otro producto. Entendería una penalización del 5% o el 3% de la comisión que les cobran, pero no, aparte de qué me dijo qué no sabía hacer una cancelación de una compra de una tarjeta en la terminal, cosa que hasta una cajera de un café lo sabe hacer por que lo he visto. La verdad es qué se me hace muy deshonesto qué te mientan y te traigan vuelta y vuelta para éste tipo de cosas.
