Tal vez lo que sigue es ir a la PROFECO formalmente a abrir una denuncia?
Poor customer service of their stores. I have a month with a claim for a wrong charge to my CREDIT card and everyone is making ducks. Specifically, the LOFT store on Paseo San Pedro in Nuevo León.
Perhaps what follows is to go to PROFECO formally to open a complaint?
