j	jcorona g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lleve un multifuncional para una limpieza de cabezales de color, el negro imprimía perfectamente, cuando la fui a recoger ya no servía ni el negro, el Sr. Leonel se escudo diciéndome que fue porque no le ponía tinta siendo que tengo todas las facturas de la compra de las mismas por cuestiones contables, total no se hicieron responsables y como solo te dan una nota no membretada ni como comprobar su responsabilidad, la lleve a otro lugar y me dijeron que no tenia solución ya que este tipo la daño y ahora ni el negro funciona siendo que estuve imprimiendo sin ningún problema hasta minutos antes de llevarla a ese servicio, también me dijo que esas impresoras eran muy delicadas y no seque, eso me hubiera dicho cuando la lleve, igual asi ni la dejo, en fin perdida total de la impresora que solo iba a servicio de mantenimiento.
