★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace falta que el personal sea un poco más atento en el área dónde se muestran los pisos y para la entrega son un poco lentos pero todo el personal en general es amable. Hay variedad, calidad y muy buenos precios este mes los he visitado 3 veces encontrando siempre algo de mi interés.
 The staff need to be a little more attentive in the area where the floors are shown and for delivery they are a bit slow but all the staff in general is friendly. There is variety, quality and very good prices this month I have visited 3 times always finding something of my interest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a cambiar unas mezcladoras que salieron defectuosas y tardaron casi 15 dias en hacer el cambio y en el inter había cero atención al cliente, no atendían mis llamadas ni mensajes, por lo que nunca se me informó como iba mi proceso de cambio de las mezcladoras. Demasiado lento y poca atención al cliente.
I went to change some mixers that were defective and took almost 15 days to make the change and in the interim there was zero customer service, they did not answer my calls or messages, so I was never informed how my process of changing the mixers was going . Too slow and poor customer service.

Terrible service from the employee Bertha Estrada: rude and thief (she charges more). I will not go again and I will not recommend them to my friends.
