★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen surtido en muchos azulejos y pisos, pero mobiliario para baño es limitado, hay buen lugar para estacionarse y la ubicación es muy buena. Te atienden bien y amablemente, los precios son buenos. Lo que no me gusto es que se tardan mucho si pides a domicilio hasta dos semanas hay que esperar para que lo envíen. Deben mejorar eso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio te cobran por llevártelo a domicilio y no son formales , llegas a la tienda y los vendedores están en su teléfono hasta que tú vas a buscarlos para que te puedan atender te lo llevan cuando quieren y todavía te tratan como si quieres eh , muy mala administración o gerencia ???

1.- La atención en mostrador es muy buena, te recomiendo pasar con la chica Rubí, siempre es muy atenta y amable e incluso comprensiva con los clientes indecisos. Los precios son muy buenos y por lo regular no tardan mucho en cobrar.
2.- La parte de la bodega deja muchísimo qué desear. He ido muchas veces, ya que me dedico a colocar pisos y azulejos, y casi siempre está un señor de lentes güero que recibe los tickets para darte tu material que brinda buena atención. Pero el día de hoy no estuvo, en su lugar estaba un señor que se molestó por todo e incluso regresó a un cliente porque “su ticket” estaba mal, a mí me hizo esperar demasiado, unos 15 min por dos cajas de loseta, y cuando le pedí que me lo subiera al carro me hizo una cara y dijo: ni que estuviera en la central de abastos. Posteriormente le dio un golpe a mi carro con su diablo y ni preocupó e incluso ignoró que le llamé la atención. Ojalá hagan algo al respecto con sus bodegueros.

But today he was not there, in his place was a man who was upset about everything and even returned a client because "his ticket" was wrong, he made me wait too long, about 15 minutes for two boxes of tile, and When I asked him to put it in the car, he made a face at me and said: I didn't even want him to be at the grocery store. Later he hit my car with his devil and he didn't even care and even ignored that I called his attention. I hope they do something about it with their winemakers.
