★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una compra de un piso y a la hora de la hora me entregaron otro de mucho menor precio y cuando fui a hacer mi reclamo el gerente me hecho a mi la culpa diciéndome que "fue tu culpa por no revisar bien el código de la caja" aclaro que el estilo era muy similar pero el precio que yo pegue era mucho más elevado, además el gerente nos hizo esperarlo toda la tarde y nos atendió a la carrera y de malas, súper mal servicio al cliente
I made a purchase of an apartment and at the hour of the hour they gave me another one of much lower price and when I went to make my claim the manager blamed me saying that "it was your fault for not checking the box code properly" I clarify that the style was very similar but the price that I hit was much higher, also the manager made us wait all afternoon and he attended us on the run and bad, super bad customer service
