I bought some things they told me one day I arrived and my material was not there, they told me tomorrow that's it, because of work I couldn't go, I checked 2 days later and that they don't have it in the van ... Terrible service

Very bad attention, I went because I wanted tiles for my bathroom and kitchen and other products. No one came to ask me what I wanted, not even to say hello. Very bad attention from the staff who are supposed to serve customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La chica Adriana de la sucursal de Amozoc mintió al decir que tendría el material para el día siguiente y después no contestó las llamadas, tuvimos que ir solo para que alguien mas nos dijera que no enviaron nada. Cuidado con ello, confirmen que si se los vayan a tener listo.

Cristina Patiño), la compra ha sido por más de $15 mil pesos desde el 23 de marzo y al día de hoy no tengo mis notas, el sr. Antonio Limón ni siquiera tiene la atención de contestar un simple mensaje de WhatsApp, malísima experiencia en esa sucursal, mejor vayan a otro lado, de nada sirve que tenga buenos precios si la experiencia es de lo peor.
Bad experience, when making my purchase a change was necessary that was not my fault, my order was not sent to me in a timely manner (Mrs. Cristina Patiño), the purchase has been for more than $15 thousand pesos since March 23 and at today I don't have my notes, mr.
