Al llegar ahi me dicen que no me lo pueden entregar sino hasta despues de 3 dias porque estaban en inventario. Regreso a sucursal Olivares para que me lo canjeen por otro que lo tuvieran ahi. Lo escojo y tuve que pagar nuevamente y hasta despues de 3 dias me devolvieron mi primer pago. ¡Que perdida de tiempo y poco respeto al cliente! I bought an apartment at the Olivares Santana branch and paid for it, as they did not have it in stock, they asked me to pick it up at the Ojo de Agua branch. When I get there they tell me that they cannot deliver it to me until after 3 days because they were in inventory. I return to the Olivares branch to be exchanged for another one that they have there. I choose it and I had to pay again and after 3 days they returned my first payment. What a waste of time and little respect for the customer!
