★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicimos el proceso de renta para un departamento (se pago la investigación) y rechazamos otros departamentos que teníamos como opción porque ya habíamos iniciado el proceso para rentar con ellos. Bueno nos informaron que llego “alguien” con el dinero “en mano” y que lo apartaron, es decir, no respetaron que nosotros estábamos primero y ya habíamos pagado la investigación, ni siquiera se nos aviso con tiempo. Quede absolutamente decepcionada con el trato.
Edit: Claro que no voy a estar yo en los registros, el proceso fue con mi novio, pero el depa era para los dos, no se quieran salir por la tangente por su poca profesionalidad.
We did the rental process for an apartment (the investigation was paid) and we rejected other apartments that we had as an option because we had already started the process to rent with them. Well, they informed us that "someone" arrived with the money "in hand" and that they put it aside, that is, they did not respect that we were first and had already paid for the investigation, we were not even notified in time. I am absolutely disappointed in the deal.
Edit: Of course I'm not going to be in the records, the process was with my boyfriend, but the apartment was for both of them, they don't want to go off on a tangent because of their lack of professionalism.
