★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un año llamando a call Center. Supuestamente escalan mi queja, dónde el súpervisor se compromete a dar servicio. Tengo producto caducado desde marzo el cual dicen cambiarán pero mienten. Me presento a su corporativo con su pan caducado se niegan a recibirme solo me dicen que tomaran mis datos y que siga llamando a su call Center. Nada de esto refleja sus creencias , políticas y procedimientos corporativos. Cuánto dinero y tiempo perdido en capacitación de personal, supervisión, publicidad tirado a la basura por unos cuantos.
I have been calling the call center for a year. Supposedly they escalate my complaint, where the supervisor agrees to provide service. I have expired product since March which they say will change but they lie. I present myself to their corporate office with their expired bread, they refuse to receive me, they only tell me to take my information and to keep calling their call center. None of this reflects your corporate beliefs, policies and procedures. How much money and time wasted on staff training, supervision, advertising wasted by a few.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el Edificio y las instalaciones del Corporativo, es decir donde están las oficinas principales y laboran los ejecutivos que toman las decisiones a nivel global de la panificadora más grande del mundo, ahora con la Pandemia Covid-19, los colaboradores están en "Home Office", y solo poco personal acude aquí a diligencias específicas. Hace dos años era un mundo de gente, yendo y viniendo, ahora se ve desierto. Ya no hay tiendita de productos propios, ni módulo de El Globo, y menos cafeteria para el personal. Si vienes a arreglar algún asunto, tienes que cumplir con las normas que marcan las Autoridades, y la propia compañía en el aspecto de prevención de contagios, como Uso de cubrebocas, sana distancia, gel etc etc. Han aprovechado para hacer algunas mejoras y mantenimiento. Pero esta prácticamente solo y vacío el Edificio. Bimbo la panificadora más grande del mundo, ¡Orgullosamente mexicana!

But the building is practically alone and empty. Bimbo the largest bakery in the world, Proudly Mexican!
