★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los médicos son de muy buena calidad, pero el servicio de las recepcionistas deja mucho que desear, no saludan, parece que te hacen un favor para atenderte, dejan sola la recepción de 2:00 a 4:30 por qué salen a comer! Hay como 3 recepcionistas y se van al mismo tiempo? y nadie más atiende, les falta mucha capacitación de servicio al cliente y empatía por los clientes ojalá mejoren

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las cinco estrellas son para el Dr. Sepúlveda, cirujano pediatra. Siempre acertado en sus diagnósticos y tratamientos, tiene un trato maravilloso y cuidadoso con los niños, muy paciente, te explica a detalle cada duda y su trato es cálido, algo que se agradece bastante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veo que hay mucha calificación negativa, y ni así le llaman la atención a su personal de recepción. Groseros, enojones, tardados, mal trato, intolerantes etc. Ponen muy mal al hospital.
En cambio el trato y profesionalismo del Dr. Mauricio Rosales, es lo que hace que yo siga acudiendo al lugar, excelente médico, muy humano y siempre da buenos diagnósticos y medicamentos. Está en otro nivel.
Ojalá cambien y capaciten al personal que labora ahí, atienden como si te hicieran un favor, siendo que es hospital particular. Qué vergüenza!
I see that there is a lot of negative rating, and not even then they draw attention to your reception staff. Rude, angry, late, bad treatment, intolerant etc. They put the hospital very bad.
On the other hand, the treatment and professionalism of Dr. Mauricio Rosales, is what makes me continue to come to the place, an excellent doctor, very human and always gives good diagnoses and medications. It is on another level.
Hopefully they will change and train the staff who work there, they serve as if they were doing you a favor, since it is a private hospital. What a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por favor que la Administración o los médico hagan algo con las recepcionistas, no saben tratar bien a los pacientes, no conocen los buenos modales ni mucho menos la buena Educación, yo tengo 12 años yendo a esa clínica con el Dr. Montoya y siempre he recibido una pésima atención de parte de la recepcionista y por tristeza es la misma desde entonces.
Please, that the Administration or the doctors do something with the receptionists, they do not know how to treat patients well, they do not know good manners, much less good Education, I have been going to that clinic with Dr. Montoya for 12 years and I have always received a terrible attention from the receptionist and sadly it has been the same since then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio médico. PESIMO servicio de recepción con el Dr Montoya. Me pregunto acaso no pueden contratar a alguien con mejor educación que tengan un buen trato con los pacientes. Si una persona acude al servicio es porque está enferma y lo que menos necesita SON MALOS TRATOS.
Por favor ya cambien a esa persona tan nociva y que da tan mala imagen al sery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis respetos para los doctores excelentes!!! el único detalle de la clínica es su personal de recepción incompetente, mala calidad en el servicio, eso demerita el tan buen trabajo que hacen los médicos, uno requiere una atención completa, desde el buen trato al contestar el teléfono y realizar una cita, pero ese punto tan importantísimo de la atención al cliente no lo ve la administración, por que de todas maneras tienen lleno gracias a sus buenos médicos, que pena de verdad!
