 3 times I rented a truck with you and I had no problem, excellent attention from Montserrat hopefully continue working there for my next trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve mala esperiencia con estas personas en la área donde venden auto partes. Me vendieron una refacción que me garantizaron que estaba funcionando. Al colocarlo no funcionó por que traía varias piezas rotas. Me comunique con la persona de ventas de la empresa Capsa. Y me dijo que no me iba a regresar mi dinero en su totalidad. Tengan cuidado con estas personas. No les valla a pasar lo mismo que ami.
I had bad experience with these people in the area where they sell auto parts. They sold me a part that guaranteed me that it was working. Placing it did not work because it brought several broken pieces. I contacted the sales person of the Capsa company. And he told me that my money was not going to be returned in full. Be careful with these people. The same thing as me does not go to them.

Terrible there is a person who is supposedly the boss of technicians who takes care of you terrible is a despot person they do not give guarantee on the parts and apart from being very expensive I do not recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una pieza la cual funcionó solo 2 veces, y no dieron garantía ni opción a otra pieza. Si bien son partes usadas, entiendo que pudiera durar unos 30 días, pero que solo funcione 2 veces y que no quieras cambiarte la pieza o regresarte el dinero me parece un poco ventajoso.
Atienden rápido y de buena manera, pero servicio postventa muy malo.
Buy a piece which worked only 2 times, and gave no guarantee or option to another piece. While there are parts used, I understand that could last about 30 days, but only work 2 times and do not want to change your piece or you back the money seems a little advantage.
Treated fast and good way, but very bad customer service.
