Fui atendido por dos.......no sé si decir telefonistas, ejecutivas o vendedoras porque en realidad no son ni uno ni otro. La primera llamada Fernanda más o menos cumplía con su trabajo, pero Karina es bastante malita. Lo peor del caso es que en esa empresa no hay con quién comunicarse. Ni un supervisor o gerente, lo que indica que les importa muy poco la atención y el servicio a sus clientes. Mercancía maltratada o incompleta, faltantes cada vez que se quiere hacer pedido y un sinfín de anomalías hacen de Grupo Comercial Isuma una empresa nada recomendable para hacer negocios. Estos señores le venden a distribuidores muy grandes, quizá por eso tratan con la punta del zapato a sus clientes pequeños, como si nuestro dinero no valiera lo mismo que el de cualquiera.
