★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La constructora deja mucho que desear, cuando bas a ver los desarrollos te quieren bajar la luna y las estrellas con tal de vender, no sin antes te pidan una cuota de apartado que supuestamente se utilizará para trámites en el municipio, una vez que compras no quieren hacer validas garantías y se desaparecen (abandonan el desarrollo) no dan respuesta a los tramites que supuestamente harían en el municipio del desarrollo
 The construction company leaves much to be desired, when you go to see the developments they want to lower the moon and the stars in order to sell, but not before they ask you for a section fee that will supposedly be used for procedures in the municipality, once you buy no they want to make valid guarantees and they disappear (they abandon the development) they do not respond to the procedures that they would supposedly do in the development municipality
