★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper mal servicio. Hablé para negociar el crédito de un familiar y el Sr. Antonio Burgos, me colgó el teléfono, no me dió opciones y cuando le di mis posibilidades de llegar a un arreglo, se burló de mi. Solo ve su beneficio personal no el de la empresa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son súper molestos y pésima forma de "Cobrar" ni soy cliente del banco al cual representan ni conozco a la persona que nombran en sus constantes amenazas y mensajes por whatsapp así como llamadas, les explicas del mejor modo y sencillamente optan por no contestar y usar otro número para seguir molestando.
Ya reporte la situación a banco azteca y está un queja formal en condusef por malas prácticas, ya que no paran los mensajes
They are super annoying and a terrible way to "charge" I am not a client of the bank they represent nor do I know the person they name in their constant threats and messages on whatsapp as well as calls, you explain them in the best way and they simply choose not to answer and use another number to continue bothering.
I already reported the situation to Banco Azteca and there is a formal complaint in condusef for bad practices, since they do not stop the messages

Si eres estudiante y deseas introducirte al mundo laboral, está es una buena opción, además de que hay una que otra vieja bien buena! ? JAJAJAJA
I worked many years ago for this Call Center, I remember that it was just beginning, they have a very good work environment but the pay is low.
