★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy acudí a realizarme mastografía y ultrasonido y a pesar de que cada año voy y todo ha estado bien en cuanto a atención, hoy en específico sentí muy ruda tanto a la chica de mastografía como a la de ultrasonido. Ya después como que se moderaron pero creo que de inicio a fin deben de ser sensibles, acudimos con ansiedad y temor a hacernos estudios como la mastografía que es dolorosa; y que siempre conllevan un riesgo en el resultado. Yo pido que todas y todos tengan siempre un trato amable. Gracias.
Today I went to have a mammogram and ultrasound done and despite the fact that I go every year and everything has been fine in terms of care, today specifically I felt very rude both the mammography girl and the ultrasound girl. Afterwards, they moderated, but I think that from start to finish they must be sensitive, we went with anxiety and fear of doing studies such as mammography, which is painful; and that always carry a risk in the result. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando llamas por teléfono a veces tardan en atenderte, pero luego en las instalaciones el servicio y la atención son buenos.
Se puede pagar en efectivo y con tarjeta.
Luego de llenar la historia y realizar el pago, la espera sí es un poco exagerada para que te tomen los exámenes, aproximadamente 1.5 horas, por eso le pongo 4 estrellas.
When you call by phone, sometimes they take time to assist you, but then in the facilities the service and attention are good.
You can pay in cash and by card.
After filling out the history and making the payment, the wait is a bit exaggerated for the exams to be taken, approximately 1.5 hours, that's why I give it 4 stars.
