This Dentist/Orthodontist claims to have a minimally invasive technique for sinus lifting and bone grafting. When I emailed them to inquire about it Richardo Mitrani responded telling me that I would need to come into their office 2800 kilometers away. In short, he refused to discuss his procedures with me even after I offered to send them my recent panoramic x-rays. This man apparently wants people to pay for travel and for his services without explaining what he offers. It's a terrible way to treat potential clients, and should be considered a reflection of his entire process. If he feels too much inconvenience to speak to someone that is seriously considering his services, what kind of treatment or service will he give you if something bad happens? Este dentista / ortodoncista afirma tener una técnica mínimamente invasiva para el levantamiento de senos nasales y el injerto óseo. Cuando les envié un correo electrónico para preguntar al respecto, Richardo Mitrani respondió diciéndome que tendría que ir a su oficina a 2800 kilómetros de distancia. En resumen, se negó a hablar conmigo sobre sus procedimientos incluso después de que le ofrecí enviarles mis recientes radiografías panorámicas.
