Me mintieron y fingieron revisar mi laptop, pero no hicieron nada, solo me cobraron.
Lleve mi laptop a revisar por qué no encendía, les comenté que lo más probable era que no funcionaba el cargador.
Se rehusaron a darme una solución rápida ( probar cargadores) y tuve que dejarla, pagando la cuota de revisión.
Tardaron más de una semana “checandola” y pidiéndome paciencia.
Cuando les dije que la necesitaba YA, me dijeron que el problema era más grave de lo que pensaban y que no tenía solución. Me sugirieron que la deshechara y comprara una nueva.
La lleve con otro chico, en dos minutos conectó un cargador nuevo y mi laptop encendió en perfecta condición.
Terrible service.
They lied to me and pretended to check my laptop, but they didn't do anything, they just charged me.
I took my laptop to check why it did not turn on, I commented that the charger was most likely not working.
They refused to give me a quick fix (test chargers) and I had to drop it, paying the review fee.
It took them more than a week to "check it out" and ask me for patience.
When I told them I needed it NOW, they told me that the problem was more serious than they thought and that there was no solution. They suggested that I get rid of it and buy a new one.
I took her to another guy, in two minutes she plugged in a new charger and my laptop started up in perfect condition.
