★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es un local que ha sido abarrotes, inmobiliaria, consultorio médico, farmacia, etcétera. Por lo visto no duran por el hecho el que les renta les sube mucho el precio del local. Nunca pasan más de un año ahí. Es una buena ubicación pero solo para persona a pie.
Así que si planeas rentar ese local, para tu negocio, vas a salir perdiendo.
Sin olvidar que el dueño es un misógino y machista, he visto que con su señora la maltrata mucho y la avergüenza de varias formas verbales. Así que aguas.
 The place is a place that has been grocery, real estate, doctor's office, pharmacy, and so on. Apparently they do not last due to the fact that the rent to them raises the price of the premises a lot. They never spend more than a year there. It is a good location but only for person on foot.
So if you plan to rent that place, for your business, you are going to lose out.
