★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibí un documento en el cual su redacción indicaba una beca para terminar la prepa o estudiar un oficio, con un "programa de certificación becaria", que me dió a entender era gratuito, sin embargo me están cobrando hasta el derecho a la inscripción... ¿Que les pasa? Considero que esto que hacen es una estafa bien pintada.
I received a document in which its writing indicated a scholarship to finish high school or study a trade, with a "scholarship certification program", which I understood was free, however they are charging me even the right to enrollment. What happens to them? I consider this to be a well-painted scam.
