★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención al cliente, estuve esperando mis diseños durante 3 semanas, atrasando mi proceso y cuando los mandaron me dijeron que sus máquinas entraron en mantenimiento, por lo tanto tenía que esperar otros 15 a 20 días. Es una pena que tengan tan buen nivel en sus etiquetas y no tengan el nivel en atención al cliente.
Terrible customer service, I was waiting for my designs for 3 weeks, delaying my process and when they sent them they told me that their machines went into maintenance, therefore I had to wait another 15 to 20 days. It is a pity that they have such a good level in their labels and they do not have the level in customer service.
