El producto que se compro venía defectuoso. No hay ni devolución de dinero o cambio por otro producto, solo mismo modelo; me lo cambiaron pero de mala gana y venía sin cable de alimentación.

Compré dos bocinas y el día que usé por primera vez una de ellas, falló y tuve que hacer reclamación de garantía, me mandaron a otro lugar para que fuera "reparada" y así funcionó, no hicieron cambio por otra nueva.
Fue una decepción la calidad de lo que venden
