Los empleados no parecen con ganas de trabajar y al parecer no conocen la amabilidad ante el cliente, he ido un par de veces y nunca he recibido un "buenas tardes", espero el gerente de la tienda pueda darles un curso de capacitación de primero el cliente, después el cliente y a lo ultimo el cliente.
Poor service in customer service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de hoy fui a la sucursal de plaza Animas y el chico que al parecer es el encargado , déspota y prepotente con la otra empleada tronando le dedos , al cobrar su actitud de servicio pésima , al decirle que debe de ser amable fue grosero y con palabras inadecuadas para un empleado de mostrador , deberían de cuidar la calidad de su personal ya que con esas actitudes no quedan ganas de volver a comprar , cabe mencionar que no entregaron comprobante de la compra

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en su sucursal de plaza Ánimas, acudí a comprar papel para regalo una chica comenzó a despacharlo pero me dejó esperando en dos ocasiones para irse a atender a otras personas que llegaron después, luego le pedí a otro empleado que me atendiera y lo hizo de muy mala gana con toda la flojera del mundo, le pregunté por papel china en metro y de forma grosera me dijo que no lo venden así. Como notó que ya estaba molesta comenzó a hacer todo aún más lento y me entregó mi papel todo arrugado. Al final me querían cobrar 200 pesos por papel para regalo y papel china lo que era claramente un error, todo muy mal les hace falta capacitarse y unas buenas cachetadas para que dejen esa hueva que se cargan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cero en atención, queríamos que nos surtieran una lista d útiles en la sucursal d ánimas y nos dijeron que no tenían nada, hablamos para quejarnos y nos dijeron que nos la surtían en la sucursal d clavijero, llegamos y que lo tenían en la sucursal d revolución, que lo mandaban enseguida y se tardaron una eternidad y nunca llegaron con el material. Solo nos hicieron perder tiempo y gasolina y no nos vendieron ni un lápiz.
