★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, caro y hay que llamar por lo menos cada mes para que reestablezcan la señal. En general es lento y la línea telefónica tiene bastante interferencia... De haber sabido no lo contrato. Para nada lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención pésima al cliente, sus horarios no son nada flexibles, pueden tardar semanas en instalarte, llegan tarde a la cita pero si tardaste 1 minuto en abrirles la puerta se van y no regresan. Solo lo contrato en lo que llegan servicios de mejor calidad.
Lousy customer service, their schedules are not flexible, they can take weeks to install, they are late for the appointment but if it took you 1 minute to open the door they leave and do not return. I only contract it for what comes with better quality services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se meta en problemas, jamás tenga ningún tipo de trato con esa empresa, por favor vea los comentarios de las demás personas, tanta gente no puede estar equivocada, Si existiera 0 (cero) estrellas se los daría, pésimo servicio, no garantizan la velocidad ni dan un buen servicio de atención a clientes. Cada vez que marco me paso al menos 30 mins en espera de un área a otra. Los técnicos al instalar dañaron una pared y no se quieren todavía responsabilizar. Es preferible no tener internet que contratarlos, de verdad, Gemtel es una basura, siempre se va la señal, te dejan mese sin servicio, no se puede cancelar pues firmas un pagaré por $5000 pesos, tienes que pagarlos no importando el tiempo que lleves, no te metas en problemas
