★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague 1500 por una promocion de dos fumigadas, y la segunda la realizaron en menos de 10 minutos y no murieron los insectos como la primer fumigada. Aparte de esto la señorita que me esta dando seguimiento por whats no es nada atenta a lo que le estoy notificando ya que el tecnico que se presento a realizar la fumigada llego en estado de ebriedad y no ha realizado nada al respecto despues de darle mis comentarios via whats. se me hace poco profesional de su parte realizar trabajos de esta manera y el costo que ponen por sus servicios no es barato, necesito ver quien me puede ayudar con esta inconformidad que tengo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CUIDADO! Quedó una MANCHA y me cobraron 250 adicionales al servicio que YA había pagado.
Solicité un servicio para lavar/limpiar la sala, se veía bien, puesto que queda "mojada", no veía ninguna mancha, así que terminando el servicio, firmé la nota confiando que había quedado perfecta, sin embargo, al día siguiente, cuando se secó la sala, note que tenía una mancha, les llame y me comentaron que podían regresar pero tenía una costo de 250 puesto que ya había firmado la nota, donde acepte que todo estaba bien y que si la unidad regresa, tiene un costo, aunque NO sea tu culpa. Como puedes notar si queda una mancha en tu sala si esta mojada???? Al final, tuve que pagar, llego el Sr David y en un par de minutos lo limpió, secó y quedo perfecta!!!! Eso quiere decir que aunque sea ellos los responsables, tendrás que pagar un monto adicional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy a recomendar el servicio de limpieza de alfombras. Yo pensé que sería un trabajo muy simple. Y no creí mi alfombra quedara como nueva. Estoy muy conforme con el trabajo que realizo el joven David Guzmán. Y sin duda volveré a requerir de sus servicios. El trato es amable y puntual.

Solicite información y al parecer le molestó que yo, como una persona que desconoce de productos químicos le preguntara por los posibles riesgos de su producto, además de que aunque marque dentro del horario establecido en su página me dijo que ya no era horario de que me atendiera. Por otra parte me recomendó dos fumigaciones y ne garantizo un mes sin bichos, si seguía ciertas instrucciones, las cuales se realizaron sin problemas, sin embargo dos días después de la segunda aplicación volví a encontrar bichos, marque al número de la empresa y jamas me contestaron, siempre me mandó a buzón. En realidad es una empresa que atiende rápidamente, el costo no es nada barato, el personal que va a tu casa no está suficientemente capacitado pero son amables y el servicio por parte del vendedor o dueño de la empresa pésimo. En mi experiencia no volveré a contratar a esta empresa, no la recomiendo.
