★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a clientes. Vendedores pedantes y empleados poco amables. Si sólo buscas imprimir libros con calidad y a cambio de ello recibir un mal servicio, es el lugar adecuado. Por favor, que el señor Luis hernández, dizque de servicio a clientes, que lo regresen a su curso de capacitación para hacer bien eso: atender bien a los clientes. Así igual CASI todos. Y lo peor es que leen y saben de estos problemas de servicio y NO HACEN NADA.
Lousy customer service. Pedantic vendors and unfriendly employees. If you are only looking to print quality books and receive poor service in return, this is the right place. Please ask Mr. Luis Hernández, who is said to be in customer service, to return him to his training course to do that well: serve customers well. So is ALMOST everyone. And the worst thing is that they read and know about these service problems and DO NOTHING.
