★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado si deciden comprarles algo, yo lo hice y me enviaron otro equipo distinto al que elegí inicialmente y que ya era prácticamente deshecho, por cuestiones de tiempo y distancia, ya no pude regresarlo, así que les salió bien su estafa, como decía el comercial, ¡ojo mucho ojo!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio, te venden las piezas y no tienen tecnico para que te las coloquen cuando compras copiadoras con ellos, su personal realmente pesimo, no te resuelven nada y tampoco tienen para llevar las maquinas, entiendo que hay que pagar un extra esta bn pero su trasporte jamas llego y tuve que contratar a un externo y lo peor su tecnico de su empresa externo aparte de que te quieren cobrar las perlas de la vida no te hace el servicio que programo por que esta lejos, en mi vida vuelvo a comprar ahi asi que mucho cuidado con ellos son puro fraude.
Pity service, they sell you the pieces and they don't have the technician to place them when you buy copiers with them, their really pity staff, they don't solve anything and they don't have to take the machines either, I understand that you have to pay an extra this bn but its transport never arrived and I had to hire an external and the worst his technician from his external company apart from that they want to charge you the pearls of life does not make you the service that I program because it is far away, in my life I buy again there so that very careful with them are pure fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ demasiado desagradable, hasta parece que para vender refacciones piensan que te hacen el gran favor de su vida, cuando no se dan cuenta que sin los clientes que no les compren no generan ingresos, por eso estan perdiendo muchas cuentas, por mala calidad y ahora por mala reputacion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia es con su servicio de arrendamiento, son pésimas las impresoras que arrendan , de primera instancia te dicen que son equipos nuevos pero en realidad son equipos remanufacturado de la marca Ricoh y fallan muchisimo , de verdad no los recomiendo para nada , ahora mismo estoy con un contrato y estoy arrepentidisimo de haberlos contratado.
My experience is with their leasing service, the printers they rent are terrible, at first they tell you that they are new equipment but in reality they are remanufactured equipment of the Ricoh brand and they fail a lot, I really do not recommend them at all, right now I am with a contract and I am very sorry to have hired them.

Ponen pretextos para surtir algo que de todas maneras se les va a pagar... y mal manejo de los contratos asignados, por no aplicar las penas o multas... Maquinas reconstruidas con constantes averías...
