Terrible service, the truck was canceled, they didn't even warn us, they didn't change my ticket or refund my money, the online service is completely useless, the phone didn't even speak. Horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojala no me dejara darle ninguna estrella porque no se las merecen. Pesimo servicio. Te engañan diciendo que ya va de salida el autobus. Esperé hora y media para que saliera, hicieron que perdiera mi coneccion con el otro autobus a la ciudad que me dirijo. Autobuses sucios y apestosos no viajen en ellos son unos mentirosos!!!
Hopefully he won't let me give him any stars because they don't deserve them. Terrible service. They deceive you by saying that the bus is already leaving. I waited an hour and a half for him to leave, they made me lose my connection with the other bus to the city that I am heading for. Dirty and stinky buses do not travel in them are liars !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un pésimo servicio. De lo peor que he usado en paquetería. NUNCA contestan al teléfono. El "servicio" de rastreo en su sitio web es completamente inútil, los envíos están a años luz de ser puntuales. Si fuera posible calificar con "0" estrellas, Estrella Blanca fuera digna merecedora de esa puntuación.
A lousy service. The worst I have used in parcels. They NEVER answer the phone. The tracking "service" on their website is completely useless, shipments are light years away from being on time. If it were possible to qualify with "0" stars, Estrella Blanca would be worthy of that score.
