★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es increíble que su servicio de Futura "Select" este pésimamente mal, están sucios, las pantallas no funcionan y lo peor es que TIENEN CUCARACHAS, recientemente viaje y había cucarachas en los pasillos y debajo de los asientos, pensé que quizá algún pasajero las traía en su equipaje, pero hoy esta semana el martes volví a viajar por esta línea y otra vez había cucarachas... Creo que son condiciones muy insalubres para viajar, lejos de relajarme durante mi viaje, la pasé muy mal, vigilando que no se me fuera a subir alguna. Ojalá que está crítica les ayude a mejorar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amplio y rápida atencion, solo hay que tomar en cuenta que poniendo la ruta en GPS te lleva del otro lado de la calle, tomen precauciones ya que la entrada está un poco confusa, tienen que atravesar carril del metro bus para accesar, no hay semáforo así que es a la viva México.

Puso una película con volumen molesto que se mezclaba con sus rancheras. Apenas salir de la terminal, paró para que le armaran su desayuno en un puesto callejero haciendo esperar a todo el pasaje diez minutos, etc etc. No repetiría.

quedan pocas ganas de viajar en estos autobuses, tampoco hay medidas de sanidad....Lo único rescatable es el autobús
