Good clean facilities, friendly and fast service, it lacks contacts to charge your electronic devices and the security staff is calling your attention for anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ofrecen servicio regular ordinario, prohiben subir mochila con ruedas como equipaje de mano aunque sea pequeña y en esta lleves computadora, ipad y celular. En todas las demas empresas de autobuses si me lo han permitido esta fue la unica que lo prohibio afortunadamente hay otra empresa de autobuses que da mejor servicio en Acapulco y en esta viajo desde este incidente.
They offer regular regular service, they prohibit carrying wheeled backpack as hand luggage even if it is small and in this you carry a computer, ipad and cell phone. In all other bus companies, if they have allowed me, this was the only one that prohibited it. Fortunately, there is another bus company that provides better service in Acapulco and I have traveled since this incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar de que está muy bonita la terminal porque es recién remodelada, de nada sirve porque el servicio que se brinda en taquillas es sumamente PÉSIMO! No exagero, se hacen casi 15 minutos en imprimirte un mendigo boleto, y las filas se hacen enormes y para colmo llega tu turno y el que te atiende de muy mala cara. La terminal ni siquiera cuenta con aire acondicionado, así que hace demasiado calor en esa área.
Although the terminal is very beautiful because it has been recently remodeled, it is useless because the service provided at the ticket offices is extremely LOVELY! I am not exaggerating, it takes almost 15 minutes to print you a beggar ticket, and the lines become enormous and to top it all off your turn and the one who attends you with a bad face. The terminal doesn't even have air conditioning, so it's too hot in that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta limpio atienden amablemente solo q mi salida tardo media hora más de la hora indicada tal vez xq yo era el único pasajero y esperaban q se vendieran más pero aún así está mal eso xq cuando si venden todos los lugares si te duermes no se esperan x una persona y si se vendió solo mi boleto tendrían q salir a la hora indicada
It is clean, they kindly attend only that my departure took half an hour more than the indicated time, maybe because I was the only passenger and they expected more to be sold but still that is wrong because when they sell all the places if you sleep they do not wait x a person and if only my ticket was sold they would have to leave at the indicated time
