Nos hemos o atado 4 veces en medio de la nada por fallas mecánicas. Las pantallas no funcionan y al parecer no llegaremos hoy a destino
Very bad service a trip from Acapulco to Querétaro that continues to be a martyrdom. The first service takes more than 4 hours without air conditioning service.
We've gotten tied up 4 times in the middle of nowhere due to mechanical failure. The screens do not work and it seems that we will not arrive at the destination today
