★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo nos vendieron un refrigerador que salió mal desde el principio, pedimos cambio de mercancía, solo lo mandaron a arreglar y tardaron para ese servicio poco más del mes volvió a tener problemas, nunca quedó bien, volvió a quedar mal sin enfriar, por lo cual por fin decidieron cambiar la mercancía, se pagó garantía extendida y ahora a tres días de haber entregado la mercancía inserbible solo nos dieron el vale para cambiar por la mercancía pero no han dado noticia para cuando lo entregarán, no contestan las llamadas pésimo y la verdad para el calor que hace aquí esa imposible dicen que tienen que verificar en monterrey si es k hay algo igual o similar en precio por que esta descontinuado el producto y la garantía extendida y con vale en mano de k sirve..... No recomiendo comprar en famsa debido a su falta de seriedad, hay muchas más opciones que responden bien, de mi parte y de mi familia no volveremos a consumir absolutamente nada... Así es como se pierden los clientes
