★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio llamé para la información de un producto que compre y la chica que me atendió no sabía bien de que hablaba y mejor simplemente me colgó!!!! No puedo creer que la gente siga con ese tipo de actitud, deberían capasitar a su personal en servicio al cliente, recuerden que hoy en si el valor del servicio lo es todo!!!!
Terrible service I called for the information of a product that I bought and the girl who attended me did not know well what she was talking about and better she just hung up on me !!!! I can't believe that people continue with that kind of attitude, they should layer their staff in customer service, remember that today the value of service is everything!
