★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, pedí una cotización de unas válvulas y quedaron de marcar porque según ellos para no tenerte en el teléfono. Paso una hora y se les volvió a marcar y que según ellos estaban viendo los precios porque había muchos cambio y es el día que no pueden darme una cotización. Y por consecuencia no tuvieron una venta.
Esto espero que les sirva porque no soy la única que le a pasado y están perdiendo ventas. Más bien es un consejo así se van a pique los negocios por personal que no tiene bien puesta la camiseta.
Siempre necesitamos más clientes y recomendaciones.
The service is lousy, I asked for a quote for some valves and they left dialing because, according to them, to not have you on the phone. An hour passed and they were dialed again and according to them they were looking at the prices because there was a lot of change and it is the day that they cannot give me a quote. And consequently they did not have a sale.
I hope this helps you because I'm not the only one that has happened to you and you're losing sales. Rather, it is a piece of advice, so business goes down because of personnel who do not have their shirts on properly.
