★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que responde el teléfono no tiene la más mínima preparación para contestar un teléfono y además de eso es grosera, la primera impresión cuenta mucho y si la persona que atiende las lineas telefónicas no tiene preparación ni educación se empieza mal con esta empresa.
The lady who answers the phone does not have the slightest preparation to answer a phone and besides that she is rude, the first impression counts a lot and if the person who answers the phone lines has no preparation or education, this company starts badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro de trabajo el cual.... Seas profesionista te pagan poquitito más (un mini) más del sueldo minimo en México. Tienes un "bono" el cual es tu sueldo acordado con la dueña, pero te descuentan hasta 600 porque si.
Pésimo ambiente laboral y excesiva rotación de personal.
El proceso de reclutamiento es largo y te hacen tantas pruebas como si deberás fuera una gran empresa (ya ni en la costeña).
Seas de cualquier área (investigación y desarrollo en mi caso) te ponen a trabajar sobre objetivos y si no alcanzas a llegar a la meta (porque de ventas dependen los desarrollos) pues te descuentan de tu bono invisible.
Recomendación:
No apliques, se aprovechan de tu necesidad.
Experiencia propia, dure 1 mes 1 semana.
Si eres recién egresado ten por seguro que te ofrecerán 5000 mensuales.
Work center which .... You are a professional, they pay you a little more (a mini) more than the minimum salary in Mexico. You have a "bonus" which is your salary agreed with the owner, but they deduct you up to 600 just because.
Terrible work environment and excessive staff turnover.
The recruitment process is long and they do as many tests as if you had to be a large company (not even in the coast).
Whether you are from any area (research and development in my case) they put you to work on objectives and if you do not reach the goal (because developments depend on sales) then they deduct you from your invisible bonus.
Recommendation:
Do not apply, they take advantage of your need.
Own experience, last 1 month 1 week.
If you are a recent graduate, rest assured that they will offer you 5000 per month.
