Nutritips, Menús nutritivos y valores calóricos, incorporación de la opción “Crea tu ensalada”, pláticas y talleres de nutrición; consultas, asesoría y orientación nutricional; clases de cocina “Cocina tu salud”, fomento de actividad física. Es nefasto, la gente de RH trata mal a los trabajadores y sienten que les hacen un favor, no te dan uniforme o material de seguridad dependiendo de tu área, cambian constantemente de razón social y con ello pierdes tu antigüedad, te dan de alta en el seguro social meses después o nunca, muy mal, explotan a las personas y no cuidan al personal.

Es el peor lugar para trabajar, no pagan, te negrean, no pagan horas extras que te quedas. Además de que eo ambiente de trabajo es muy hostil.

por que como empresa NO LO MERECE, realmente es una de las peores empresas en las que eh prestado mis servicios, y que realmente nunca valoran, pésimo ambiente laboral, la gente d RH no hace absolutamente nada ...... por eso tanta rotación de gente y eso son por los siguientes motivos
sueldos miserables.....
falta de materia prima y les deben a muchos proveedores por lo cual ya no te surten pagas de tu bolso los insumos .... y siempre hay que mentirle al cliente para que filloa quede como la mejor empresa, y tu como el peor colaborador
no tienes prestaciones ...... si te lesionas te corren ....
cuando quieren te pagan el seguro
no te dan tu finiquito
en fin ... los que gusten calarle entren a perder su tiempo

No solo se quedan con tu finiquito, sino que no te dan ni siquiera la constancia laboral, que es un derecho, cuando les reclamas, ya no contestan ni correos ni llamadas, no mnsj. La que está de RH se llama Tania Ortega, no confíen en ella, te hace firmar primero la renuncia que disque para iniciar el trámite del finiquito, no lo hagan, es mentira lo que dice. Cuando entras a la empresa, nada de lo que te dicen es verdad, ahí no hay crecimiento laboral, te cambian a cada rato de razón social, por tanto no acumulas puntos para INFONAVIT, las horas extras son pagadas de forma normal, hasta que cumplas 8 a la semana, si son menos, no te las pagan, no dan utilidades, y bueno, lo único chido de allí, es el carácter amable de gerente, super buena onda, ellos están al lado de Gamesa Vallejo, ya que trabajan para ellos

Tania es muy déspota te hacen firmar que recibiste finiquito según para agilizar el trámite pero después de eso solo te dan largas y nunca están ni responden correos ni llamadas ni WhatsApp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de la pandemia regresar al campus CEM y desayunar en la cafetería fue decepcionante, pésimo desayuno, jugo a la mitad del vaso, no hay bisquet, porción extremadamente pequeña de huevo. Tiene que pedirle uno los cubiertos y el azúcar. Pésimo!!!!
