★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia con credito hipotecario, su atencion por parte de ejecutivos, falta de eficiencia y eficacia.
Hacen dar mil vueltas para un tramite que debio ser mas rapido.
No reconocen sus errores y solo cantinflean para ocultarlos.
Hablo por la mala experiencia que he tenido, obviamente no recomiendo este banco por estos motivos.
Y recuerden, si estan inconformes con algun servicio, atencion debemos saber existe la condusef.
Bad experience with mortgage credit, its attention by executives, lack of efficiency and effectiveness.
They do a thousand rounds for a process that should have been faster.
They do not acknowledge their mistakes and only chant to hide them.
I speak for the bad experience I have had, obviously I do not recommend this bank for these reasons.
