★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, ni siquiera conocen sus propios productos. Llegas te sientas con el ejecutivo y se pone a platicar por teléfono. Luego te quieren vender seguros para abrir cuentas de débito. Después te dicen que la página de internet es la que tiene mal la info.
Terrible service, they don't even know their own products. You arrive, you sit down with the executive and he starts talking on the phone. Then they want to sell you insurance to open debit accounts. Then they tell you that the website is the one with the wrong info.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ingrese a sucursal la persona que está en la entrada por la contingencia no me priorizó mi turno a pesar de ser cliente. Cuando me paso al interior mi turno no lo reviso el sistema y después de media hora me dio otro turno. Supuestamente había dos ejecutivos atendiendo y el gerente, se retiraron y dejaron a uno solo… :( Su aire acondicionado no funciona…. Siempre que vengo llegan “clientes” amigos de ellos, que pasan sin turno es el peor banco de la zona. Pésimo servicio. Quieres una tarjeta de débito y a huevo te quieren vender un seguro. No mamen ????
