★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me apena mucho decir esto, pero creo que es algo que se tiene que tomar en cuenta, ya que es una sucursal con muchas deficiencias, nadie atiende de buena manera, el personal se la pasa platicando, el personal se ve desaseado, la sucursal esta sucia, hay 6 cubículos para ejecutivos y solo atienden 2, las cajeras parece que están obligadas a trabajar, y todavía quieren que el cliente tramite su turno por medio de what´s app para agilizar el trabajo? se me hace un tanto absurdo, deberían de dejar más obligaciones a ellos para que tengan un poco más de compromiso.
I am very sorry to say this, but I think it is something that has to be taken into account, since it is a branch with many deficiencies, no one serves in a good way, the staff keeps talking, the staff looks untidy, the branch is dirty, there are 6 cubicles for executives and they only attend 2, the cashiers seem to have to work, and they still want the customer to process their shift through what's app to streamline work? I find it a bit absurd, they should leave more obligations to them so that they have a little more commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención. No contestan las llamadas al numero publicado . La calidad de atención es nula. De verdad deberían de poner personal más capacitado en calidad de atención. No hay empatía ni ganas de atender al cliente.
Very bad attention. Calls to the published number are not answered. The quality of care is nil. They really should put more trained personnel in quality of care. There is no empathy or desire to serve the customer.
