★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio nunca sirven los cajeros, según ustedes remodelaron los cambiaron y siguió igual o peor, el servicio de las ventanillas ni se diga siempre de malas y solo 1 persona, las filas siempre llenas y dan la vuelta a la calle pffff siempre igual con este banco
 Terrible service, the cashiers never serve, according to you they remodeled they changed them and it continued the same or worse, the service of the windows is not always bad and only 1 person, the lines are always full and they go around the street pffff always the same with this Bank

La chica de la entrada me hizo pagar el documento de un amigo que iba conmigo (sólo porque ella quiso), cuando yo iba a realizar otro concepto. ?
Hay pocos cajeros, rápida, pero mala atención al cliente. ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es el banco más mediocre por decir poco que haya visitado. Los cajeros nunca funcionan o no tienen dinero, no se dan ni remotamente abasto a las necesidades de la gente. Los trabajadores más huevones posibles y no cuentan con absolutamente ningún filtro sanitario, es más, los trabajadores te atienden sin cubrebocas y hasta consumiendo tabaco dentro de las instalaciones, es el peor servicio que he recibido en mi vida.
It is the most mediocre bank to say the least I have ever visited. The ATMs never work or they don't have money, they don't even remotely meet people's needs. The most dumb workers possible and they have absolutely no sanitary filter, what's more, the workers serve you without face masks and even consuming tobacco inside the facilities, it is the worst service I have received in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acompañé a mi compañera a cambiar un cheque fuerte y por “pandemia” solo podía pasar una persona, aún cuando ya se levantaron las restricciones, siguen con sus ridículas medidas de hacer la fila afuera, tomar temperatura y aplicar gel.
I accompanied my partner to cash a large check and due to the "pandemic" only one person could pass through, even though the restrictions have been lifted, they continue with their ridiculous measures of lining up outside, taking temperature and applying gel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio que me han dado en un banco. Las ejecutivas no saben explicar, no tienen paciencia y aparte los procesos no los explican, se molestan como si el dinero fuera de ell@s 0 profesionales el peor banco por eso muchos prefieren BBVA.
No les recomiendo que vayan a esa sucursal.
The worst service I have ever received in a bank. The executives don't know how to explain, they don't have patience and aside from the processes they don't explain them, they get upset as if the money were theirs or professionals the worst bank that's why many prefer BBVA.
I do not recommend you go to that branch.
