★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala atención, asistí el día 26 de abril con un ejecutivo, había 5 ejecutivos atendiendo, habíamos 4 personas, me di cuenta que por lo menos 2 ejecutivos estaban tratando temas personales sin importarles que habíamos 4 personas esperando ser atendidos, estuve 15 minutos esperando y tuve que salir de la sucursal, de la que me acuerdo es de una señora del cubículo 9 es de mayor edad, estaba en el chismorreo con otra señora
Bad attention, I attended on April 26 with an executive, there were 5 executives attending, there were 4 people, I realized that at least 2 executives were dealing with personal issues without caring that we had 4 people waiting to be attended, I was 15 minutes waiting and I had to leave the branch, the one I remember is a lady from cubicle 9 she is older, I was gossiping with another lady

They are disgusting it is the worst branch the worst bad treatment negative and rude staff. The cashier treated me super badly and no one could help me nor did they solve me
