★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evita este banco, te terminas yendo porque nunca te atienden y si lo hacen pasan horas. Es el banco mas desordenado que he visto, se meten a la fila, atienden al que se le da la gana en el área de ejecutivos. No todos los módulos los usan, solo hay uno para las cosas que más se ocupan y para colmo tiene una señora (super prepotente tipo señora del IMSS) a cargo que se cree dueña del banco y se pone a platicar enfrente de ti por teléfono de cosas que no son del trabajo. Puros corajes aquí. Eso fue hace unos años, pero no sé si siga ahí todavía. Yo ya no volví a pisar este lugar...
Avoid this bank, you end up leaving because they never serve you and if they do they spend hours. It is the most messy bank I have ever seen, they get in line, they take care of the one they want in the executive area. Not all modules use them, there is only one for the things that take up more and on top is a lady (super arrogant lady type IMSS) by that owner is credited for the bank and starts to talk in front of you by phone things that are not from work. Pure courage here. That was a few years ago, but I don't know if it's still there yet. I didn't step on this place again ...

Incredible that one of the 2 ATMs has a little more than a month without working being next to the bank, the lines are immense

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sucursales recién remodela con cajeros automáticos nuevos muy espaciosa y atención rápida les quedó muy bonita la sucursal solo le falta un cajero para depositar
Newly remodeled branches with new ATMs, very spacious and quick service, they looked very nice, the branch only lacks one ATM to deposit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal trato, acaban de "remodelar" la sucursal y se me hace demasido tonto y de poco sentido comun que no hayan puesto ni un solo cajero multiple, y que al ser una sucursal con mucha afluencia de personas no habran los sabados, PESIMO servicio.
Very bad treatment, they just "remodeled" the branch and it seems too silly and little common sense that they have not put a single multiple teller, and that being a branch with a large influx of people there will be no Saturdays, LOUD service .
