★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio por parte de la ejecutiva de cuenta que me atendió, hizo todo lo posible para que no abriera cuenta con ellos, (dió mil pretextos sin sentido y pedía documentos absurdos, tengo cuentas hace muchos muchos años en diferentes bancos y nunca me han pedido los documentos que ella me requirió) y lo logro, saliendo de esta sucursal fui a Banamex y sin ningún problema me atendieron y aperturaron mi cuenta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre es lo mismo con los cajeros automáticos, nunca están pendientes para llenarlos, a veces llega domingo y están totalmente vacíos, que incompetentes por dios.
Ahorita tuvieron que cerrar por emergencia sanitaria y los dejaron a la deriva, están vacíos desde hace 2 días.
It is always the same with ATMs, they are never pending to fill them, sometimes Sunday arrives and they are totally empty, how incompetent by God.
