★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the same problem like the others! Do not use the ATM's there, it is not only the one Stacy McKinney posted. As we went to the bank to reclaim our problem we met another foreign who had the same problem, later a mexican came to us and told us she also had the same problem. They won't attend you there and you will have to speak with their hotline, really really bad service. For all of you who will have the same issue and read this, the only way to get your money back is to make a reclaim at your own bank and they need to put themself in contact with banorte in order to get your money back. Good luck and f*ck Banorte for not fixing this problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful with this ATM at banorte bank, we took some cash out (big amount) and the cashier did not have us the money but was instantly charged at our foreign bank account . This was Thursday last week, on Friday we came back to reclaim this problem and the lady at the door told us to take care of that with our bank, to block the payment, long story short, another foreign guy had as well the same problem. And today Saturday, no one is at the bank and a local lady told us that She has never had any problem with this ATM. So we conclude that this bank and ATM only keeps the money of foreign banks account. Be careful !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did not have the problem that others had when withdrawing in pesos from a US account. The fee was MXN$39.90 for MXN$3000 withdrawal, which is actually pretty good. The offered USD exchange rate was MXN$19.06 with a MXN$46.28 fee. Would recommend NOT using their conversion rate and fee, say NO on the screen that asks if you want to do currency conversion. Doing that would have cost me another US$9 on this withdrawal.
